The Chef's Cottage is owned and operated by Kevin Fitzgibbon. Kevin has more than 12 years experience in Food & Beverage Management operations with companies including Marriott, Sheraton and Hilton hotels and has served as Corporate Management Trainer for UNO Restaurants.
Kevin has had more than 12 years of full-time and adjunct teaching experience in the Restaurant Management field at Northern Essex Community College, The University of New Hampshire Thompson School, and York County Community College. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Business Education, is a Certified Instructor for the National Restaurant Association and a Seacoast area native.
